This magnificent grade two ~listed~ house is steeped in history, some parts dating back to the 17th Century and the front is Georgian. It has been extended and renovated over the years to create a superbly spacious, tastefully decorated, large family holiday home in a very central location.
The house offers a games room, lots of living space and a wonderful large sunny garden, yet is only a very short walk from the Cathedral, restaurants and shops that St Davids has to offer.
Accommodation
6 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 11 people plus 2 cots:3 double room one with ensuite bathroom and two with wash hand basins, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single room. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided with beds made up for your arrival.
1 bathroom with full suite and shower cubicle. One shower room with WC. Additional cloakroom, on the ground floor. These are over and above the ensuite facilities already mentioned.
There are 2 large lounges. Lounge 1: Comfortable furnishings with open fire, colour TV, video and DVD. Lounge 2: Comfortable furnishings with open fire and CD player stereo unit.
Dining room with Welsh dresser, CD player and dining suite to seat 12.
Kitchen exceptionally well equipped, including 6 ring gas range, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kitchen table and chairs and ample crockery, cutlery etc.
Utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

Your pets are welcome at £10 per pet, but under no circumstances must they be allowed on soft furnishings or upstairs.
